Ingredients
- 1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Braum’s Cream Cheese
- 1 stick Braum’s Butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Braum’s Sour Cream
- 3 Braum’s Eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- For the crust:
- Blend graham crackers, butter and ¾ cup sugar. Press into springform pan and set aside
- For the cake:
- Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Mix well (mixture will be thin.) Pour into springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cool in oven for one hour. Top with cherry pie filling.
