Candied Yams

Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 medium raw sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups Braum’s Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½ inch thick slices. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix cream and sugar together and pour over potatoes.
  3. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 to 6 hours until mixture thickens.
