The new Braum’s Ice Cream and Dairy Store located at 2802 Oklahoma Avenue opened on Monday, July 26th.

The new store replaced the older location at 2403 Williams Avenue built in 1982. The store is a “W” model and is the company's latest, most modern store design with 5,756 (five thousand seven hundred fifty six) square feet, double drive-through lanes, and seating for 86 guests.

The new store has open beamed ceilings, pendant lighting and multi-colored tables and booths. It still has the traditional Fountain Area for ice cream and Grill Area for breakfast and sandwiches but according to Drew Braum, President and CEO, the Fresh Market area is one of the most exciting changes in the store’s design.

“We wanted the Fresh Market to be large enough to accommodate all the products that we offer from our full lines of dairy and bakery to fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. We also wanted it to be ‘customer friendly’, so we added double check out counters, automatic doors, and wider aisles,” Braum said.
